 We know that the hemp market can be intimidating to newcomers, with so many products to choose from and so many brands promising to offer the highest-quality formulas anywhere. At iVape US, we only carry products produced by brands that have a strong dedication to quality. The brands that we carry clearly list their ingredients, using ingredients that are not associated with any harm. Most of the products we carry contain only all-natural, plant-based formulas. The brands we work with are extremely transparent about their various manufacturing processes to prove that their quality is above standard. 

 Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Remember, sometimes shipping progress updates can be delayed despite your product moving along. An alternative way to track your order is to log in to your iVape US account and find your order, where tracking info will have been provided. This is only applicable to those who have created an account, as opposed to those who have checked out as a guest. 

 It can take up to 3 business days for us to process an order before shipping, and once an order has been shipped, it can take up to 5 business days for it to arrive. Tracking will be provided so that you can follow your package’s journey. We do our best to get each order shipped as quickly as possible but note that sometimes there are delays beyond our control, such as inclement weather or a backup at a particular shipping facility.

CBD, CBN, CBG and whole-plant hemp products are non-psychoactive and will not get a person high.

Even the mildest psychoactive in the hemp plant can be mentally impairing, and this can make driving dangerous for both you and other people on the road. It remains illegal to drive under the influence of any intoxicating substance, and so even if a cannabinoid is legal in your state, driving while intoxicated by it can lead to legal consequences. Wait until the effects of the cannabinoid have worn off before getting behind the wheel. 

 All orders under $29.99 will be charged a $2.99 shipping fee. All orders $29.99 or over are eligible for free shipping. As for returns, all of our sales are final. We do not accept returns, as our products are personal use products that are no longer sellable once a person has opened them. If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us immediately. While we do not allow for returns, we will find a way to ensure that you are satisfied.
